I faxed princess UK at the weekend with all the info required for shareholder obc, I contacted them today to be told they do not have fax facilities and I need to email them. Anyone else been told the same thing

Sent mine by snail mail. As it was the first time I photocopied proof my ownership. i.e. The latest dividend letter with all the details of ownership on.

 

I have not had a reply but when I look on my personalisor the $250.00 has been added to my account.

Is that after they have had the proof of ownership as with P&O. The next time just requires an Email. ?

No, just fill in the normal form and also send a copy of your shares to benefits@princesscruises.co.uk
