Beach information

Hello everybodys.

 

Has anybody visited Paradise, Brighton or Brandon's beach?

 

Any comments?

 

Good for the beach day for a family with small kids?

We had a cabbie take us up to that area(not sure if paradise or Brighton my notes are hazy) He took us to the "Tamerinds" resort , and it was quite nice.

The cabbie may have taken you up towards Tamerind Cove Hotel, which isn't really that close to Brighten or Paradise Beach.

 

The 3 beaches mentioned are not to far from the port, easy walking distance and ok for kids. Usually flat water, shallow water, but not much shade.. There is a beach bar, Weisers on the Bay near what I guess is considered Brighton Beach.

 

Paradise Beach is nice, but not sure how you get to it except going to a place called Batts Rock and it's all the way at the far end from the entrance. Nice Beach, not sure it's great for small kids.

 

You might want to consider the boatyard as the beach itself is flat gentle slope and the sea is also good there.
