Carnival US & Carnival AU

So we decided to book a three day between 2 other cruises while in Australia this coming April. We have been wondering why the two Carnival systems don't work together. AU does not reflect that we are Platinum. They assure us that we will have our perks, we really booked just to do our laundry  and not be in a hotel for 5 days. How are they going to know? All the boarding passes, luggage tag and e-docs say nothing. Can anyone comment on sailings within Australia. Our PVP can't see anything and he does not get the point for booking. We have to add the sailing to our past cruises after we sail. Do they have Faster to Fun?
