Ships going out of Houston time zones

All the ports associated with NCL ships departing from Houston are in the same time zone (Central). Of the ports listed, Belize is the only one that doesn't do Daylight Savings Time. Since we're on Standard Time, this point is mute, unless you're booking a cruise after Daylight Savings Time restarts next spring.

The Cayman Islands (Grand Cayman) also do not recognize daylight saving time.

True, but the Cayman Islands are not on any NCL ship itinerary sailing from Houston, with the possible exception of the Sun's Exotic Caribbean cruise this Christmas. Even then, Daylight Saving Time doesn't apply.

Belize AND Roatan don't observe daylight savings time. Cozumel does.

Cozumel is same as Houston year round, Belize and Roatan 1 hour off when daylight savings time in effect, which it currently is not.

I was just on the Sun and the ship time was the same as the local time for the entire cruise.
