Je Souhaite Posted March 6, 2017 #2 Share Posted March 6, 2017 Since all lines are different, are gratuities built into fee or added after. Thanks all.Dee Included in the restaurants, but they just pulled a fast one for the Chef's Table. The tip used to be included, but they are now adding a tip to the service charge. So you are now tipping on a tip.
the_lovely_voyage Posted March 6, 2017 #3 Share Posted March 6, 2017 From the website: The fee includes a starter, entrée, dessert and the wait staffs’ gratuity; additional gratuities are optional and may be extended in cash or to the guest's Sail & Sign Account, at the guest's discretion That is for all of the specialty dining except Chefs Table which requires an additional 15% Sent from my iPhone using Forums

Micahs Grandad Posted March 6, 2017 #5 Share Posted March 6, 2017 Always thought they were being disingenuous by telling us tip was included in the charge but encouraged us to tip more.
