:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I am tearing my hair out.

I want a Cunard brochure in English.

I am in France..holiday home here. It is impossible to access an English language website. I telephoned Cunard in UK (I have a number). There they said they would post one. A P&O brochure arrived today.

I have emailed Carnival customer relations. They tell me no sailings go from Southampton. They tell me they have no access to brochures. They tell me to contact Cunard.

I am in France....holiday home here. It is impossible etc etc etc

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?

Should I cut and paste the emails here?

Thank you.

I've done it!

Let's hope it works. I couldn't remove United Kingdom from address box however!

Technical question:

Do I have to log out of tunnelbear?

You are brilliant!

Yes Log out once downloaded what you want, as you get a free 500Mb per month from it.

Enter

http://www.cunard.co.uk/

into your browser once you have used Tunnel bear to Tunnel to the UK

then select the brochures etc you want, once done log out so as not to use all the free 500Mb

Do not understand about unable to remove United Kingdom from address box though ?

Use a VPN. TunnelBear works as do others, like ExpressVPN. I had the same problem in France. It's irritating to be forced to pay for a VPN to see your own country's Cunard web page though.

Sent from my iPad using Forums

Tunnel Bear is free for 500Mb per month.

Ah!

Cunard requested my address for the brochure.

There is a standard address form to complete and submit. The country, United Kingdom, is already filled in. I could not remove this. You see, I want an English language brochure to be sent to me here in France.

In an attempt to get around this I sent a separate email too while I was on the British site.

Thanks for help and support.
