Would May Be OK?

We are going on emerald princess leaving Vancouver may 13, going to ?Sitka, Ketchikan, Juneau and glacier bay, returning to Vancouver. Our first time to Alaska so I hope May is good!

Sitka was my favorite stop. Glacier Bay was amazing. I'm jealous, I wish I was going too. I'm positive you will have a fantastic time!

I also hope May is a good time for my first Alaska cruise. I am on the Star Princess northbound on May 20th and the Island Princess southbound on May 31st, with an "on your own" cruisetour in between.

I am also on the Star May 20th. Hoping for warm weather (40 or above) and only a little rain. It is pouring here now and we had cold temps and more snow than usual. I have been to Ketchikan in early May a couple of years ago and it seemed the weather there was very similar to the weather at my house. It would be nice to see bears, but no counting on it.

Thanks for this thread. Headed to Alaska May 30th on CCL Legend. This was very reassuring about the weather and what to wear. Counting down the days now.
