Ft Lauderdale: Yankee Clipper

Is there much to see or do or places to eat within a mile of the Sheraton Yankee Clipper? I'll be there the night before embarkation and don't have a sense for how "remote" it is.

There isn't much real close... Other than hotel restaurants you'll have to go up the beach a few blocks to find other places to eat... Less than a mile though... Just go north and when the street splits there's Oasis Cafe, and several other restaurants as you continue north a few more blocks, past Las Olas. Keep following the northbound side of the street.

You can take the Water Taxi to SE 17th Street or Las Olas Blvd. where you'll find many many restaurants... http://www.lasolasboulevard.com/
