Newportbeach Hotel In Miami

WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS STAYED THERE AND HOW FAR FROM THE PORT IT IS THANKS:confused:

With traffic it can be a good hour from the Port of Miami. I would want a rental car if staying up there.

 

It's in a nice area called Sunny Isles Beach, midway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. It's an older hotel, nothing special IMO, but it gets good Trip Advisor reviews... http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g34439-d85147-Reviews-Newport_Beachside_Hotel_and_Resort-Miami_Beach_Florida.html

 

There is a very large condo being built RIGHT next door, extremely close to the south side of the hotel if that's something that bothers you.
