HenrysAunt Posted May 1, 2017 #26 Share Posted May 1, 2017 I'm mid 40's - did a cruise with my Mum last year, with Scenic, and I was definitely the youngest. That said, there were other "younger" people travelling with older ones, and a lot of couples in their 50's. Next group up was the newly retired but no-one would have been over 80 I wouldn't have though. That was a 15 day cruise. Mum and I are planning our next one we loved it so much. The age doesn't bother me - we chatted with practically everyone on board, and all happy and relaxed and interesting.
Sue4LSU Posted May 1, 2017 #27 Share Posted May 1, 2017 We were on an AMA Wine Cruise last July...definitely a partying group! I'd say average age
Cary Cruiser Posted May 1, 2017 #28 Share Posted May 1, 2017 I am 65 and my wife is 59. We were not the youngest couple on our recent Rhone cruise on Grand Circle. At least half of the travelers on our cruise were Inner Circle members (people who had traveled multiple times with GCT), so they were active travelers, and mostly active people in general. Although almost all of them were older than us, there were times that we had a hard time keeping up with them on some of our walking tours.
