HawkIVette Posted April 10, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 10, 2017 If I book a "Free cruise Offer" with 2 of my sisters and then I can't go, do; They still get to go without any penalty? Do I have to Pay the full fare of my share? (I have heard that if you are a "no show", Carnival will charge you the full fare.) If I purchase the Carnival Insurance, will my share be covered for a medical condition which causes me to miss the ship?
springs741 Posted April 11, 2017 #2 Share Posted April 11, 2017 If I book a "Free cruise Offer" with 2 of my sisters and then I can't go, do; They still get to go without any penalty? Nope. If you read the "fine" print you will read that the qualifying person must sail. Do I have to Pay the full fare of my share? (I have heard that if you are a "no show", Carnival will charge you the full fare.) I think if you don't sail the sisters will have to pay the current rate. If I purchase the Carnival Insurance, will my share be covered for a medical condition which causes me to miss the ship? I never purchase insurance from Carnival so I can't help with this one. pusywillow Posted April 11, 2017 #3 Share Posted April 11, 2017 They can not go if you're not on the ship. They would have to pay full price for their cruise.
