Have you made a final payment? It says to present at time of reservation, but at the bottom it says to submit no later than final payment. Does that help any?

since you were the first to reply, I will send it to you, but I need to know when you booked your cruise. I called RC and they said if you booked after 11/02 and haven't made your final payment then you can use it. Does that work for you?
