Buckscuffle Posted April 22, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 22, 2017 I'm on Oasis in November. I'm curious how to know bed placement. I'm in 10692, Superior Balcony. I have seen that on HOS there is a way you can figure this out, just haven't seen anything on Oasis. Thank you! Toomanycritters Posted October 22, 2017 #9 Share Posted October 22, 2017 Bed near the closet. Hi Bob, This is a totally unrelated thread but I was specifically trying to find you on the message board to ask a question. I came off my cruise yesterday and discovered that I had a potential issue with my room that I didn't think about when I was on board but I hink should be reported 'just in case'. However I didn't want to post a thread and make a public fuss about it. I do however want the ship to take it seriously so not sure if just calling the general customer service line is the way to go. Is there a better number you can suggest? Thank you, Suzanne

Toomanycritters Posted October 22, 2017 #11 Share Posted October 22, 2017 Thank you. I will do that. We had such a wonderful trip and our room attendant was outstanding but I do want them to follow up on my concern for the sake of future guests. Have a good day.
