PAMJP Posted April 26, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 26, 2017 As we have visited Gibraltar before on cruises and from Spain, on our next visit in June on QV we thought we would like to visit Catalan Bay. Does anyone know where we would be able to get on public transport close to the port and how far it is from the cruise terminal. Thanks for any information you can give. groovechick Posted May 4, 2017 #2 Share Posted May 4, 2017 Catalan Bay is on the other side of the island from the cruise terminal, in fact almost directly across as the crow flies. Don't know about public transport, but there are always lots of taxis right outside the cruise terminal, so you should easily be able to get a ride from there. To get a bus you would probably have to walk into town first. Depending on traffic it's maybe a 20 minute journey by car?

PAMJP Posted May 12, 2017 Author #4 Share Posted May 12, 2017 Thanks groovechick and Lawhouse for your replies, we'll see how things go on the day. Maybe walk into the town if we feel like it or spoil ourselves with a taxi ride taking in Europa Point as well! The joy of holidays is to enjoy yourself.
