Mi Dushi snorkeling in Aruba

Mi Dushi is the most unorganized company I have every dealt with. Before leaving on our RC Adventure of the Seas cruise, we booked a snorkeling excursion online for the Mi Dushi in Aruba. We never received an acknowledgement and had to call Aruba to confirm before we left the U.S. We arrived that morning as requested at 9:00. We waited with another couple until 9:30 and then finally called and were told that the excursion had left at 8:00 am because of the cruise ships. This did not make sense to us since we were on a cruise ship and could not disembark until 8:00. They claimed that they called the ship and left us a message. The other couple that was there were told a message had been left at their time share about the earlier departure. Also not true. We were really disappointed and would not recommend this excursion. We ended up walking across the beach and finding a catamaran excursion to go on and had a great time.
