Latitude points question

Hi All

Im hoping someone can help me.

I booked 2 cruises in Nov 2016 before the latitudes system changed. one was for Oct 2017 and the other for March 2018. Will i still get double points for booking 9 months in advance? or will they not honor this now the system has changed?

You certainly will for the 2017 cruise.

 

The T&Cs state that you get the bonus points for 2017 cruises booked before it changed, so a literal reading of them would suggest that you won't get the extra points for the 2018 cruise. The assumption is that the T&Cs are just badly worded (and I think some people have been told this by NCL), but we can't say for certain whether the points will be given.

 

My guess is that you will be fine with both.

I too, book early, so I asked this question of the Cruise Consultant on our last cruise. She said any cruise booked before the Feb. 5 realignment of Latitudes program would still receive the additional points.
