tommy47 Posted May 10, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 10, 2017 my wife and I have been on sillouette the last 3 years in a row and we are thinking of booking a cruise on the equinox. the ocean view balconies that im looking at are in the same location I like on the sillouette but the rooms that are available are showing a black triangle next to them. can someone tell me what that means. would this room be close to the same as the rooms without the triangle? thank you
bigbenboys Posted May 11, 2017 #2 Share Posted May 11, 2017 It means one upper berth. It is my understanding that the cabin can sleep 3. That a single bed is stored in the ceiling. Sent from my XT1635-01 using Forums mobile app

Mistymya Posted May 11, 2017 #5 Share Posted May 11, 2017 For your 3 year old, I would look for a square, which means that there is a sofa bed too. The upper berth has a very low rail, and I would never concider to put my 3 year old up there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Mistymya Posted May 12, 2017 #8 Share Posted May 12, 2017 Where does the OP state that he has a 3 year old? :o Sorry. My bad. I read the thread while studying for my exam today and thought it said they would be sailing with a 3 year old. Obviously that was a mistake. And does it hurt to let the OP know what the square means. I really don´t think I stepped on anyones toes. But you stepped on mine.

I was just trying to point out to you that there was no child involved after you stating you would never put a 3 year old in the bunk bed. I guess some people are very sensitive.
