Help with excursion booking!

Recommended Posts

I recently lost all my bookmarks and when I was re-entering them, I mistakenly added one called RCC Reservations which is part of CruiseNetwork.com thinking that it was the Royal Caribbean website. I booked an excursion through them after which I realized it is NOT the RC website. Does anyone know if they are connected and if we will be okay with this excursion? Or should I try to cancel it and rebook through RCI? Wouldn't you know - a first time cruiser flub!

Go to RCCL.com and pull up your reservation. Scroll down to the "Excursion" button and click on "edit." You should be able to see if you are booked on any excursions. Hope this helps. The other alternative, of course, is to pick up the phone and call RCI.
