HawkeyeGrandma Posted November 23, 2005 #1 Share Posted November 23, 2005 I recently lost all my bookmarks and when I was re-entering them, I mistakenly added one called RCC Reservations which is part of CruiseNetwork.com thinking that it was the Royal Caribbean website. I booked an excursion through them after which I realized it is NOT the RC website. Does anyone know if they are connected and if we will be okay with this excursion? Or should I try to cancel it and rebook through RCI? Wouldn't you know - a first time cruiser flub!
beth4652 Posted November 23, 2005 #2 Share Posted November 23, 2005 Go to RCCL.com and pull up your reservation. Scroll down to the "Excursion" button and click on "edit." You should be able to see if you are booked on any excursions. Hope this helps. The other alternative, of course, is to pick up the phone and call RCI. HawkeyeGrandma Posted November 23, 2005 Author #3 Share Posted November 23, 2005 I called RCC Reservations and they graciously canceled my excursion booked with them. She sounded as if others had made the same mistake. This website is easily mistaken for the RCI website - at least in my mind.
