Carnival Miracle taxi to LAX airport

Does anyone know the approximate cost for 5 people to take a taxi from Long Beach cruise terminal to LAX airport ? Our flight was changed to an earlier time and also need to know the approximate time it will take from cruise terminal to LAX

We are Platinum so should be one of first groups off ship and we are possibly going to self assist and take luggage off with us to ensure we get to airport in time for our 11:45am flight. Won't there be plenty of taxis outside terminal or should we schedule something ahead of time

There are a ton of taxis and shuttles you can book right then. Some people like to have it all planned ahead of time. LAX is only 18 miles away, I think. Of course it all depends on traffic but it doesn't take long to get between airport and port.
