Can you prepay for parking at the New Orleans Cruise terminal?

The Fulton Garage across from the port you can . You will have to search it, it has been a while. I do not know about the actual port parking.

No. There will be workers at the garage entrance who will either take your card or cash and give you a ticket. Easy peasy! I used the Fulton St garage when I sailed with Royal Caribbean bc their lot isn't covered. I prefer Carnival's parkimg bc when the elevator doors open you're in the terminal.
