familycruisin101 Posted November 26, 2005 #1 Share Posted November 26, 2005 Just wondering if the Butterfly farm would be a good choice for taking our 13 month old. Has anyone been? Is it worth going?? Thanks!
BeachBumMama Posted November 27, 2005 #2 Share Posted November 27, 2005 Sorry I can't reply with any specific info on the Cayman butterfly farm, but had some friends do the one in Key West with some young one's and they said it was fabulous. Even the husbands that went along enjoyed it. I would think it would be great with a 13 month old.
OakNLeaf Posted November 29, 2005 #3 Share Posted November 29, 2005 My wife and I spent over 2 hours at the farm and enjoyed every minute of it. It is well worth doing! The owners are fabulous and very informative. We visited them this past Feb. on Valentine's Day. Don't miss this, it is truly an experience. :)
Barry ATL Posted November 30, 2005 #4 Share Posted November 30, 2005 Someone mentioned there was a Butterfly Farm in Key West. Between the one in Key West and the one on Cayman Island, which is better. Our cruise is going to both ports.

Between the one in Key West and the one on Cayman Island, which is better. Our cruise is going to both ports. I mentioned the one in Key West and heard great things from the people in our group that went. We didn't do the one in Cayman's so can't compare, but another poster said it was great. If I were you, the best thing to do is find out what your choices are at each and if there's something you MUST do while in Cayman's, do the butterfly in Key West, or vice versa.
