Try a different browser. If that is the problem then clear your cache in the original browser.

It's been screwy for a couple of days, they are doing some sort of update[emoji33]. Our room category changes hourly. We called them and they are aware.

I have tried 4 browsers and mine have been down for almost 2 weeks! Royal's IT department is the worst! I called and all I get is "IT is working on it"-for 2 weeks!!!!! Get real. So disgusted with it. I have 10 cruises booked and cannot get into any of them.

My sister is having the same problem, almost 2 weeks and cannot access her reservations either.

Thanks.... I tried both chrome and IE. Then I gave up. Trying to move some things around in the planner since they changed our Oasis Cruise to the Total Eclipse cruise.. :-)

Wow! And I wondered if it was just me because they recently changed our itinerary backward. I've been on there in the last two weeks. I hope they get it working soon for you!

Clearing the cache has helped to get to the plan a cruise part of the website. My cruise planner still isn't up...

it has not been working for me either. It says page cannot be found or something like that or it just times out.
