danyelle Posted November 26, 2005 #1 Share Posted November 26, 2005 Hi All, We're planning on visiting a nice restaurant (least touristy as possible, not the carlos n charlie's kinda place) after our snorkeling tour. Any suggestions? How did they fare after wilma did her dirty work? Also, how did the pharmacy fare? Thx Dani
Cozumel_Tom Posted November 26, 2005 #2 Share Posted November 26, 2005 Here's a past thread with loads of restaurant info: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=197292&highlight=sonora There are dozens of pharmacies in Cozumel...I'm pretty sure there were minimal casualties! bruce-r Posted November 26, 2005 #3 Share Posted November 26, 2005 American Pharmacy in Cozumel. Chedraui also has a pharmacy. The pharmacist there speaks english and they take credit cards. Besides, a trip to Chedraui is interesting in itself and you can get reasonably priced vanilla there as well. The link Tom posted is a great restaurant resouce. SeaPA1 Posted November 30, 2005 #5 Share Posted November 30, 2005 Note re one of the places that has gotten good reviews in the past - I read on a scubadiving website that Especias is currently closed as they are moving to a new, bigger location, expect to reopen in the new spot in early January. Bummer for me as they won't be reopened while I'm there.
