Theater on the Dawn?

I see that there is a theater on the Dawn but I don't read much about it. Can someone tell me if they show actual movies and when...during the day or only at night? Do they only show them on certain nights or every night? New movies ??

 

I have a 17 year old son going on our March 16 cruise and I figured he might be interested in the movie aspect..

They show movies about 5 times per day. They are usually movies just out on video and dvd. There are about 8 different movies for the whole cruise.

We just returned from the 11/10 sailing. Some of the movies offered during that sailing were: Mr. and Mrs. Smith, The Longest Yard, March of the Penquins, Herbie Fully Loaded, War of the Worlds, and Batman Begins. They are shown in the cinema 3 times daily, but are also available on your in-cabin TV if you'd rather lie in bed and watch them. ;)
