comments on Days Inn Miami Int'l Airport

Hi,

Looking for a place for 4 of us to share 1 room for 1 night before a cruise the end of January. We're arriving at 11:40pm and sailing out the next day so looking more for convenience than fancy. If not here, can you recommend a place that has shuttles (free?) from airport to hotel and hotel to port?

try baymount suites, it has a free shuttle to the port. You must take a taxi back though. Also has free parking. I stayed there a few weeks ago and it is fine for a precruise hotel.

Sportster, What was the address of the Baymont that you stayed at. We are also booked at the Baymont since they did offer the shuttle service from the airport. We are staying at the one on Lejune Rd. I know that others said it was not very nice. Just wondering if you stayed at that one. When I called on the phone everyone seemed very pleasant and answered all my questions. Thanks in advance.

I prefer the "Blue Lagoon" area on the south side of MIA. They're much nicer hotels in a much much better/safer area.

I stayed at the one of Lejune rd. It is not a 4 star hotel but it is very clean, freshly remodeled and perfect for a 1 night stay. I would rate it a 2.5 stars. Also, it has the free shuttle / parking for cruisers.
