Panda3 Posted June 25, 2017 #1 Share Posted June 25, 2017 Hello, I booked a "W" (suite) guarantee yesterday with the Casino Reservations for a July 15 sailing on the harmony of the seas. I received my paperwork immediately. I understand that your room can be assigned up until the day of sailing . I logged on this morning and it said I was now "ocean view accessible guarantee" That is not what I wanted or paid for. I called Customer Service and they said it may be a computer glitch and they would report it. Sharing in case others are in the same situation. I hope it gets resolved. I sprung extra $$ for this suite guaranteed this cruise. Luckily the documentation they emailed me also says "W" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My reservation on RC kept changing between "Guarantee" and "Ocean View Accessible Guarantee". I was going to call my travel agent to check on this, but got tied up with work. When I looked a few days later, the has allocated a balcony room as booked. Worth a call to RC if you like, but as long as you have the original booking email which states what grade you booked, should sort it self out.
