Tfish Posted November 28, 2005 #1 Share Posted November 28, 2005 Has anyone any experience in this part of the ship? It seems that it's one of the highest decks. Is there a disadvantage to being this far forward? Any comments? Much appreciated. Fish
cruzinchris Posted November 28, 2005 #2 Share Posted November 28, 2005 Our first Princess cruise was on the Star (Mexican Riviera, March, 2002). We were in Lido 239, just two doors away from 247. Fabulous location! You will love it. Bon Voyage! Chris
Druke I Posted November 28, 2005 #3 Share Posted November 28, 2005 Should you hit heavy seas, there is more pronounced roll and pitch that high and foward. Calm seas no problem. Rather a long walk to the aft area (Horizon Court) and aft elevators if eating in the Traditional Dining Room. Very little foot traffic (a plus) in that area of the ship. Very handy to the pool area! sgriff17 Posted November 28, 2005 #4 Share Posted November 28, 2005 I prefer to be in the middle of the ship so nothing is TOO far away...but I'm sure it will be fine for you! Is anywhere on a ship that bad? :)
