If anyone is interested Kroger is offering 4X fuel points on travel gift cards from now till July 19, 2017. Download the coupon to your Kroger card and your all set. My Kroger had Carnival cards between $100-$500. You may purchase unlimited amount of cards till the promotion expires

I have used this 4x offer buying Carnival gift cards through Kroger many times. It works out really well. I usually buy $250 worth of cards which equals 1000 points or $1 off a gallon of gas. My truck has a 30 gallon tank, so I save $30. So think of it this way - buying a $250 card for $220 for a savings of 12% which is pretty good in my book.

I have yet to do that, but I believe so. I've used mine to pay the balance of my cruise.
