Hampton Inn Miami-Downtown/Key Biscayne Area

Has anyone stayed at Hampton Inn Miami-Downtown/Key Biscayne Area?? We are looking for a clean, reasonably priced place to stay pre-cruise?

 

Is this hotel close to any stores where we could get pop and water?

It's old and under a freeway overpass... There's NOTHING within walking distance.

Check the Hampton at Dadeland Mall. (Unless you really want to be near downtown-it is a ways from there.) Although they don't advertise it they have free shuttle from the airport and to the port the next day. Also include continental breakfast. I booked directly--they confirmed shuttle to port at 10:30 a.m. Good reviews and lots of good places to eat at Dadeland Mall.
