phatsneaks Posted July 4, 2017 #1 Share Posted July 4, 2017 I haven't sailed in a while, but I remember contacting the casino for carnival, as I spend a lot of time there, and they sent a perk to my room. Does anyone know if they still do that? If so how do I contact them?
my kids mama Posted July 4, 2017 #2 Share Posted July 4, 2017 I think Carnival is pretty good at casino perks. I haven't had much luck communicating with them though. You can leave a voicemail for them to call you back but it took a week for them to return my call and I was working and couldn't answer. They never really did answer my question, just said that they were sorry they missed me. In the past they have delivered a bottle of wine while we were at dinner. Dinner at the steakhouse, etc... We went on a premier cruise in February and we are going on an ultra premier in December. It certainly isn't a free cabin but they are giving me $500 casino cash to play with. I have also been given free interior cabins on certain cruises. Drinks on us card if you get enough points in the casino, that kind of thing. If it's been a while since you cruised, you may want to inquire. They may say that you need to earn current point to get perks though. Search the carnival sight for the number or call the 800m number and ask to be transferred. I hope that helps.

springs741 Posted July 4, 2017 #4 Share Posted July 4, 2017 Casino can be contacted at oceanplayersclub. Phone calls are almost never returned. Points for the DOU card are one point for every $2.50 though the slot machine. To obtain the needed 1500 points (on a 7 day cruise) you will need to run $3750 through the slot machine. Video poker is $5.00 for each point, so $7500 and table games are rated by the pit boss. Please note that is money through the machine not lost. stevefrisco Posted July 4, 2017 #6 Share Posted July 4, 2017 You need to hit on the hosts/pit bosses. My life partner hit on a pit boss last cruise (in a fun way) and we got a free suite offer plus free play (it said balcony but was actually a suite). we only got 100 in free play between us though. Got $400 last cruise total.
