Pride and Balcony Cabin

There are pros and cons to both.

I wanted to try an aft once, as I had read marvelous things about the views from back there. The views were great, but I wasn't so crazy about how "open" everything was. It was just "different".

We were on deck 7, and was surprised we had little overhang. We were fortunate it did not rain. I eventually learned that only deck 4 has a complete covering over the balcony.

There is also a little vibration and swaying back there. Some people have posted they got soot. We did not on the Pride. Also, it's longer to walk EVERYWHERE.

For me it was nice to try once, but I did go back once more when I got one of the coveted corner wraps.
