Toots Posted November 29, 2005 #1 Share Posted November 29, 2005 We've got a cabin on Deck 9 on the Empress, right under the Viking Crown Lounge. Anyone know if noise from very late music might be a problem? Anyone else going Dec. 19th?
kc320 Posted November 29, 2005 #2 Share Posted November 29, 2005 If you have ear plugs I would take them, we were on the Empress in Sept. and was surprised to see the Viking Crown Lounge was actually on "deck" level. The other 2 RCL ships I was on the lounge was elevated above the pool deck. If I remember correctly this was also used as the disco later at night. We were on Deck 9 also about 3/4 of the way back, I wore ear plugs at night & never heard a peep. My folks said they could hear the music from the Pool Deck the night they had the deck party. Enjoy your cruise, the Empress is a nice Cozy ship!
