Taking 750 ML Bottles of Beer On Board

Any thoughts since it looks like a champagne bottle I wonder if they would even know it's beer.

There was a post by someone who had the 750ml bottle of port wine not allowed because the

alcohol content of the wine was too high.

So, I doubt you will find some clueless rube who doesn't know the difference between beer and champagne.

Actually, I don't see the logic of it as the bottles you want to bring on are completely different than the wine and beer that they sell on board. If they won't sell it, why should they forbid you from enjoying it?

Sadly I think it is a vestige of a time when the only beer options were the mass market pilsners & lagers. Since, we have had easier access to Beers from other regions and a huge boom in craft beer. Allowing me to bring the beer is beneficial in every way to Princess.

1. The beer in question is 8.4% ABV (Lower than wine)

2. There is a little over 2 servings in each bottle (3 in a bottle of wine)

3. So I am basically paying a corkage of $7.50 per glass AND they don't have to provide the beer.

I think it's time for me and Princess to have a beer summit.
