Spa ladies info please

I have a question about something I'm curious about. On a recent cruise the spa gal recommended the same products/regime as another cruise. The difference is...... on the other cruise I listed specific things on the intake form. and this cruise I did not. I'm curious as to whether the spa keeps your info ship to ship or was it just a quirk? No biggie just curious. TIA

I know there are people who love the cruise spa but I have heard enough complaints about the sales pitch being a constant, that I don't ever go to the spa. I cruised with a few ladies in May who told me their whole spa experience was ruined because of the constant sales pitch to buy products.

My opinion, they have basic products they try to get everyone to buy. For those who love a spa day at sea, enjoy! I will go to a local salon and avoid the hassle.
