Cheers and room service drinks

i know room service alcohol can't be used for Cheers. My question is if you reach your 15 alcoholic drinks and so you're "cut off" from buying more, could you still order a bucket of beer from room service and get around the "cut off" rule?

The way I understand the policy....

 

• Program allows for up to 15 alcoholic drinks per 24 hour period (6:00am-6:00am); once the limit is reached, the guest will not be served ANY additional alcoholic drinks.
  
  

it applies only to the Cheers programs, and not for pay as you order drinks like the bucket of beer from room service. Just my interpretation though.
