Using OBC for excursions - cancellation policy

We used obc towards an excursion but have now found a better tour elsewhere - if we cancel it, do we get our obc back?

 

The Celeb website isn't very helpful :confused:

Yes, they just credit it back to your OBC's..... cancelled a specialty restaurant for a different date ...was credited back to OBC ... then rescheduled it for another date .... shud be the same for shore excursion ....the OBC's show at the top of the page

in the fine print it says no refund for excursions booked via OBC (hopefully this just means cash value!)

 

To absolutely no surprise, now the Captains Club page and cruise planner has had an upgrade I have no orders showing in my history for me to edit or revise them so think I'll need to give Celeb a call tomorrow

We used OBC to book a shore excursion and (maybe) a month later cancelled. The Amount was immediately credited back to our OBC.
