CandRcruise Posted July 20, 2017 #1 Share Posted July 20, 2017 So on my last cruise I book another cruise for next year and I received a reduced deposit and that amount as obc...when I booked I wasn't sure if that sailing would work. So I asked that if in the future if I had to change the sailing would I be able to transfer the obc to the new cruise and the gentleman at next cruise verified that I would be able to transfer the obc and that my reduced deposit would be accepted for the new sailing ..... called today and they are saying if I change my sail date I will loose my obc and will have to pay the difference in the deposit ... has anyone dealt with this before? Clarea Posted July 20, 2017 #2 Share Posted July 20, 2017 Some questions: Did you take the instant OBC when you booked the future cruise? Are you booking a rate on the new cruise that requires a non-refundable deposit? Is this booking with a travel agent?
