Do the balconies connect?

Hi all!

It's been a little while since my last Carnival cruise. We are looking to book some grandkids next spring on the Carnival Conquest. If I remember right, there used to be a website that gave info on various cabins, and whether they connected with the cabin next door (the balcony could open, etc) Is there such a website I could go to? Is there any other way to know which balconies can open to each other?

Thanks,

Janet

You will need to have beds that share the same common wall otherwise the divider will block one of the doors. I'm not sure of which website it would be, sorry.

I would suggest getting a PVP and they will be able to assist you in picking multiple cabins that meet your needs. They can see all of them available vs only the 10 that show up for us.

If I remember correctly, balconies which can connect are usually secured so they do not. The room steward or other employee can unlock the divider but it is not something a passenger can do. You have to request it upon meeting the steward.

For all of the times we've had it opened, we had to go to Guest Services. The steward wouldn't do it on his/her own. They told us it had to be OK'd by GS first.
