taxis at port or car service?

We have never been to Aruba but are arriving in April 2018, 8:00 am until about midnight. Three of us (adults).

 

We have located a private tour we would like to do, but it is almost at the other end of the island from the cruise port (as best I can tell from Google maps etc.) Because of mobility issues, the bus is not a real option. We will only spend a half day (9:00 until noon). Don't want to get into the issues of renting a car for that amount of time.

Have checked with "Bully" the taxi guy and he is booked that day.

So----are taxis easily obtained at the port? Is there a long walk and/or wait to get one?

Or----does anyone have a car service to recommend? I have found some online, but can't find CC reviews (I think because people may not be using them like they would in European ports e.g.)

I know a car service sounds ridiculous to some, but if they can come near the port/ship and will be there on time and then be available for our return I might consider it, considering the needs of my family.

Any help you Aruba veterans might give would be greatly appreciated.

Taxis are plentiful just outside the gates of the cruise terminal.
