6 hours with a car service in Tokyo

Hi all

 

We arrive in Tokyo very early after an overnight flight from Australia. I have booked a car service from 9am for 6 hours to drive us around wherever we want to go. The next day we sail out from Yokohama. After the cruise we will have 3.5 further days in Tokyo. My question is, what is the best use of the 6 hours with the car? What is more profitably scheduled then rather than when we have the 3.5 days to get around using public transport? We are doing a Fuji trip on the ship so don't need to do that.
