Does NCL offer a speedboat tour to Magellan Island in Punta Arenas Chile?

I posted this on the South America board and only heard back from someone that had done the tour through Princess. So I will try on this board: Has anyone taken the speedboat excursion to Magellan Island? If so, did you book it independently and what tour company did you use? I'm only finding reviews of cruise line excursions for the speedboat. I'm sailing on the NCL Sun Feb. 3, 2018 and the excursions for Punta Arenas have not been posted yet, so I'm not even sure if NCL offers the speedboat excursion. Any info would be helpful!!
