Celebrity Excursion in Tererife,Canary Islands - "Mamas and Tapas"

I was wondering if anyone had been on the "Mamas and Tapas" excursion in the Canary Islands and what your experience was? Thanks!

I have not, but I lived in Tenerife for 5 years and was just there for a vacation in April. I read the excursion. If it were me, I'd select something else. You can get papas arrugadas ANYWHERE on the island. You really want to see the island (the North...Puerto de la Cruz, Garichico) or Teide.

We took it and enjoyed it very much. It is much more than just a "tapas" tour. We had several other stops some in town and some which offered wonderful scenery, Tenerife is such a beautiful island. It is one of the better ship tours we've taken in the last few years and was great that the group was NOT the usual 50 passenger bus, this was a smaller coach with about 20-24 people. The lunch we had was very good. Of all the excursions offered we thought it the best option.
