El Yunque; Trouble Finding Tour Guide

So our ship will be in port from 1PM-8PM (which I believe will be 2-9 local time in December). Due to this, and the main park closing at 6, a few tour companies have turned me down for an El Yunque trip (Natural Wonders and Across Caribe). We are more interested in the Las Tinajas area to do the waterslide and rock jumping (but wouldn't mind seeing La Mina/Coca). I then saw many recommendations for Tours by Ellis and thought I had found the perfect solution!! Unfortunately, he got back to me and said he will be in the states visiting family while we are there :( I'm stuck on what to do and starting to think it's a sign not to go haha. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!
