ON THE CARNIVAL WEBSITE IT STATES THAT THE LIDO RESTARAUNTS ARE CLOSED ON THE LAST NIGHT OF OUR CRUISE? DOES THIS MEAN ALL OF THE RESTARAUNTS, PIZZA, BUFFETS, ROOM SERVICE AND WE HAVE TO EAT IN THE DINING ROOM THE LAST NIGHT? ALSO DO THEY HAVE A MIDNIGHT BUFFET ON THE LAST NIGHT?

THANKS:confused:

Hi, we were just on the "liberty" on our last night I stayed in the room packing & organizing my carry on luggage but my DH and son were up in the Lido deck enjoying a slice of pizza around 12:00 AM. MY DH also brought me a slice around 12:30 or 1:00 AM. My parents &familywere in the casino until about 4:00 AM so NO the ship doesn't shut down. I believe my sister in law was in the "club" as well...........

This was the case before Carnival instituted the auto-tipping on S&S. This definitely needs to be updated/corrected on the carnival website.

The Lido bistro is open normal hours on the last night of the cruise. Cabin service operates normally, but the pizzeria shuts down around 3 am.

we just returned from the Victory/Thanksgiving cruise.....in our capers it said that there would be a buffet at 11:30 on the Lido and there was NOT...we went down about 11:40 to find the whole deck just about shut down. There were burgers and pizza. On our last cruise there was a buffet the last night. We were not too pleased. We closed down the piano bar about 1:30 or so (but waitresses called "last call" about 12:30)then went to the disco til about 2:30, it was still open when we left. The casino was still going too, however I don't know how they handle the money because there were signs saying to cash in your coins by midnight.
