Yes, there were escalators we had to use in the cruise terminal. We each had a carry on size suitcase (21-22 inches) and a backpack and it was very manageable.

 

We were also easily able to get an elevator on the ship as well. I had heard that this can sometimes be challenging (we were on Deck 9, my parents on Deck 7) but maybe because we were getting off so early we did not have any problems.

 

Thanks so much. I was going with 2 roller bags, but may go with a backpack for my carryon.
