Chat feature is $5 per device and covers the entire cruise, and is optional. If all aboard in your group have purchased an internet plan, then Chat is not needed. One of us needs to have WiFi access, so we were wondering if she would also need the Hub app and the $5.00 chat feature in Addition to WiFi access, or is it included in the WiFi package for that one person.
