Early Dinner to make the evening entertainment

My family really wants to catch the evening entertainment. I know there are usually two shows. Does anyone who traveled on the POAM have suggestions for picking dinner times to make sure we don't miss any of the events.

We prefer early dinners. Will a 5:30 dinner time get us into most of the shows?

We usually eat at 5:30 when the restaurants open, no lines and no waiting usually at that time. Normally we are finished in plenty of time for the 7 or 7:30 shows. If you find you are running a bit late remember it's freestyle and you can always skip your dessert and go back to the restaurant after the show and get dessert, and another meal if you want.
