How did Belize and Honduras fare?

We are looking at a Valentine's cruise on the Carnival Breeze. The ports are Cozumel, Belize and Roatan.

 

I'm not so concerned about Cozumel- we'll probably stay on board. But, are Belize and Roatan going to be ready in February after the hurricanes?

zero damage as the existing hurricanes went nowhere near them - for now. Remember though that hurricane season lasts until the end of november. last year the one that went over costa rica was around US thanksgiving. fingers crossed nothing else pops up before then!

Thankfully, this thanksgiving season went all well! Hurricanes are very unpredictable and can occur anytime, we can just take the prevention measures.
