3 in a cabin for 4

Last week, I booked a cruise on the Sunshine. There were only 2 cabins left for 3 people. I didn't really have a choice, so we were stuck on deck 1. However, today when I checked the website to see if any new cabins were available, I was surprised to see that all cabins for 4 people were now available for us to book (Even though were 3 people). Should I change to a better cabin, or am I at risk of being bumped out of a cabin for 4? (There are no more cabins for 3 left)

I would be surprised if Carnival would let you move to the 4 person since you are only 3. They want the ship to sail at capacity.
